In this tour we will begin to visit the Pena Palace. After that you can take a stroll in the historic center and enjoy all the souvenir shops and the typical pastry of the region. The Regaleira Palace is the next stop.
From there we go to the westernmost point of Europe on the way to Cascais. A beautiful tour with amazing spots.

Park and National Palace of Pena
This palace represents one of the finest expressions in the world of 19th century architectural romanticism. It was the first romantic palace, having been built 30 years before the other romantic palace known in Bavaria. Its gardens with unusual species of trees in Europe make the perfect complement to the beauty of Pena Palace.
Centro Historico de Sintra
Sintra National Palace: This palace is one of Sintra's main attractions and dates back to the 14th century. With its distinctive conical chimneys, the Sintra National Palace is a notable example of medieval architecture and was frequently used by Portuguese royalty over the centuries. Visit to Pastelaria Periquita, known for its delicious sweets, including the famous "Travesseiros de Sintra" and "Queijadas de Sintra".

Amazing full day tour in Sintra and Cascais

5.00We embarked into a last minute full day trip to Sintra and Cascais at the advice of our hotel. Our guide was Mr Rogerio. He was punctual, very professional, polite and discreet. He is a native of Lisbon , speaks English fluently and eloquently and has a deep knowledge of the history of the country. It was immediately obvious that Mr Rogerio is passionate about his work and also cares deeply about the well being of his customers. It was a custom made tour based on our preferences and his suggestions. The car was immaculate, his driving smooth, bottled water was provided, car temperature was perfect. We have travelled throughout the world and have had many guided tours, it is always a pleasure when at the end of the day you feel a sense of enrichment and satisfaction of a full amazing day. We will definitely return to this beautiful country and seek Rogerio's services again.

5.00We went on a fantastic tour with Tiago. He took us to visit the stunning palaces of Sintra, giving us all the history behind them. He calmly drove us through the hills of the village to a wonderful restaurant with view to the beach. We highly recommend Tiago, his way of explaning things is very easy to understand so is his english.

5.00Touring around Sintra and Cascais with Fernando as our driver was the highlight of our trip to Lisbon! Fernando was hugely knowledgable, attentive, friendly and funny. He provided a personal service without being overly familiar. It was clear that he is able to read his clients well, then tailor the tour to their needs and requirements. He took us to all the tourist places on our "must do" list to see, plus some wonderful places a little off the beaten track, which we couldn't have found simply using a map. Furthermore, he took us to an amazing seafood restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean for lunch, and even booked up a fabulous restaurant for dinner for us, once the tour with him had finished. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lisbon who wishes to see the city with a tour guide who knows the best places to go and the easiest ways to get there. When we return to Lisbon we would certainly book it up again, and would certainly request to have Fernando as our driver! Thank you Fernando and Lisbon for a truly memorable holiday!

5.00We enjoyed our day with Alex, make sure to ask for him. We started with Pena Palace which was very crowded. Start early in the day to avoid crowds. Do not miss Montserrat Palace, not crowded and much prettier. Alex made us reservations at a great seafood restaurant overlooking the ocean. Great day, I highly recommend.

5.00I agree that Alex was a wonderful tour guide for our trip out of Lisbon to Sintra/Cascais. He told us a lot about Portugal, its history and its people in an entertaining way, all the while navigating safely and calmly. Also, he made us feel comfortable and welcome. We definitely recommend this service to anyone who doesn't want the bother of getting to and from the coast on their own.

5.00We were in seven (two elderly, three adults and two teenagers). With the guide Alexandre, we had a great day, starting with the visit to the Pena National Palace, walking the alleys and ending with the visit to Quinta da Regaleira. [I do not recommend the tour for very elderly people or with locomotive problems]. Then we went to Cabo da Roca and then a stop at Cascais. A pretty pleasant day, with the comfort of not worrying about parking and GPS. Fair price and we were very well served.

5.00We really loved our tour of Sintra-Cascais with 2Feel Portugal. Tiago met us early, gave us great background on what we were seeing, willing to make plenty of stops, and the MB van we took was excellent. It was fairly priced, and we were able to spend a couple of hours hanging on the beach. I would highly recommend this company, and ask for Tiago!
