1.0Our train was cancelled we reported it to you and another tour company would charge us 1300 euros more after paying 1800 euros already very upsetting to all our family and friends it was all out of our control

She was so knowledgeable about every inch of the castle (and its history) which made our tour even that much more memorable. She was so kind and patient—we loved her!
