08:30: We pick you up from your hotel departure for Halong Bay by Car / Van depend on size of group by the Express Way. This is one of the best express ways in the North of Vietnam , you will enjoy the beautiful of countryside with the ricefields , rivers , fruit gardens and biggest port named HaiPhong on the way. It takes you about 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive Tuanchau Marina.

5.00We had such a great time with Robert and crew! The boat was fabulous and each stop was beautiful. The food that the chef made right on the boat was some of the best food we had on our whole trip. Robert was amazing and so knowledgeable. We could not recommend this experience more!

5.00What an amazing time and experience having the boat to ourselves on this private tour. The guide Robert, the boat crew and our driver knocked it out of the park. Fantastic fresh food with amazing views in the quieter part of the bay. Only regret was not being able to tip more to all. The money was low as it was end of trip. Highly recommend this day excursion.

5.00The trip was incredible. Our guide (Hai) was friendly and knowledgeable, while also giving us plenty of privacy. We had an entire cruise ship that holds 48 people to ourselves and were provided an extensive, delicious seafood lunch. Sailing through Halong Bay was peaceful and beautiful, but the best part was taking a bamboo boat into a lagoon. It felt magical with how quiet it was in there. I’d strongly recommend this to anyone, especially if you want privacy.

5.00We did a lot of research into the many Ha Long Bay tour options and eventually chose this one, after reading multiple itineraries and reviews. This was undoubtedly the best decision. The tour was completely private, including an entire boat for us. While we could see other boats crowding into the one area, we were taken on a quieter, scenic and more private route. Our guide, Robert, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. His experience, along with that of our driver and the entire boat crew were evident. We also got to enjoy an incredible, fresh seafood lunch. Our family has travelled all over the world, and this is absolutely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.
Spend your extra cash this way and I can guarantee you will not regret it !!

5.00What a sensational day. Our guide, car, boat and all staff were friendly, energetic and nothing was left to chance. The’s knowledge, character and charm was such a delight to be with. Certainly a job he is very adapt at. Halong bay is spectacular and a must do when you are in Hanoi. These guys are very very good at what they do, and we would highly recommend them to you.

5.00Our tour guide, Hai, was punctual, well-organized and communicated well. He confirmed our itinerary & pick-up time the night before and even arrived 1 hour before our appointment! We enjoyed having the boat for touring Halong Bay all to ourselves ( 2 couples) and were served a tasty & abundant lunch on board. The bamboo boat tour including lagoon exploration was fun. The highlight was being able to tour the Heavenly Palace Cave at a leisurely pace with Hai helpfully pointing out special features, providing historical context and suggesting photo ops along the way. He even accommodated a last minute request to visit a pearl farm! He made our Halong Bay experience memorable and special!

5.00We had a wonderful day! Ha Long Bay was incredible- beautiful and a once in a lifetime place to see. We especially want to thank our tour guide Robert. He was so helpful and professional and took many pictures of us- even kayaking alongside! The driver was great too and the folks on the boat who made a delicious lunch (we asked for vegetarian and it was great). The cave is special too- huge! If you can select the private tour option we highly recommend it- you will have a boat to yourself! And ask for get Robert as your guide he was amazing :)

5.00This tour was exceptional. Our tour guide Gấm picked us up with a driver from the hotel and gave us some information on the drive to Ha Long Bay. We stopped at an oyster farm on the way to see how pearls are grown which was really cool and unexpected. Here we had a toilet break and small cafe stop before heading to the start of the tour. My girlfriend and I were the only people on the boat which was a lot of fun. This allowed us to get some really cool photo opportunities and Gấm was also very helpful taking some photos of us together. As we headed off we sat and had lots of wonderful food cooked for us which was also catered for dietary requirements. We then had some free time to take more photos before changing to get off the boat to go for 30 minutes Kayaking around the islands and we got to go through a cave into a lagoon which was really cool. Then we got back on the boat and headed to a cave on one of the islands that we got to explore and take more photos. Gấm was very knowledgeable and it was great hearing all about the different parts of the island. We then headed home on the boat with some fresh fruit and tea before being driven back to our hotel. This was a great private tour and we would absolutely recommend anyone to do this!
