08:30: We pick you up from your hotel departure for Halong Bay by Car / Van depend on size of group by the Express Way. This is one of the best express ways in the North of Vietnam , you will enjoy the beautiful of countryside with the ricefields , rivers , fruit gardens and biggest port named HaiPhong on the way. It takes you about 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive Tuanchau Marina.

11:00 Arrive Tuan Chau Island which is located in the north-west of Halong Bay, 8 km south-west of Ha Long City. Tuan Chau Marina is an official gateway to Halong Bay, the first Marina is for day cruises. You will check in on Cruise from here

5.00My husband and I had a fantastic time on this private boat and I would definitely recommend the experience. I felt it was a great value for the money to have an entire 48-person boat (plus staff!) for just me and my husband for 4 hours. We also got private transport to/from Hanoi. Overall it was a very luxurious experience. I have only 2 things that I wish they would improve: (1) The lunch food was not good, absolutely everything was deep fried. (2) They pressured us to leave a review on the way home in the car, while they watched. I refused because I think that practice leads to dishonest reviews. However, outside of those two things, it was a wonderful experience. The views of Ha Long Bay were fantastic (and we had the views entirely to ourselves!). Also, the kayaking was amazing and not crowded at all. We were the only ones kayaking in two beautiful hidden lagoons.

5.00We took the private combo 2 days HaLong Bay and Ninh Binh tours with Robert (Hai) as our tour guide. It was an incredible experience beyond our expectations, Robert spoke very good English and very knowledgeable, he made sure he are well taken care of from the moment he picked us up from our hotel. The HaLong Bay tour we had the whole big boat to ourselves and seafood lunch was delicious. The captain took us out early and avoided the crowd so we kayaked to the lagoon just the 2 of us, it was so serene and very relaxing. Ninh Binh was another amazing tour, we hiked up the top and did the boat tour at Tam Coc the views were incredible! I'd recommend this company and the private tour with a little extra costs but all well worth it, love it!

5.00This tour was amazing. My partner and I booked the private tour, it was nice to have free time to ask the tour guide questions. Our tour guide, Robert, was incredibly knowledgeable about not only Ha Long Bay, but other touristy regions in Vietnam. He offered to take great pictures of us, so we have real couple photos rather than selfies. The food offered on the boat was very good and the service overall was excellent. This tour was one of our favorite things during our three week trip to Vietnam.

5.00This was the best tour ever. From being picked up from our hotel in Hanoi by Robert our tour guide who was very knowledgeable, helpful and a great photographer. Our private tour was fantastic from the canoeing to the wonderful food some of which I had never tried like the crab. The cave walk was a wonderful experience as I love being able to see at it best

5.00This was an excellent tour lead by Hai (Robert) and the amazing team of staff on the boat. The kayaking/bamboo boat experience was amazing as we were the only ones in the area. The food prepared by the staff was incredible, with fresh ingredients catered for each dietary requirement. The whole experience was a relaxing and tranquil adventure in this beautiful UNESCO World Heritage sites. Would recommend to anyone!

5.00We had a wonderful tour with Robert (Hai), he was so informative and had the day planned perfectly beating alot of the crowds so it was if we were able to enjoy Ha Long Bay with only us particuarly where we went to do kayaking and bamboo boating. We had a beautiful boat all to ourselves with lovely staff and were served an amazing seafood lunch!! Even with all the activities, the tour felt very relaxing. Highly recommend! Thank you, Ciara.

We were served a fabulous lunch and spent time on the water kayaking. A tour of a beautiful cave followed by some relaxation time on our boat. Thank you so much to Robert for being a fantastic guide and taking excellent care of us. Magical day and excellent value for money.
