Begin your tour by heading north along the old roads, and admire the breathtaking scenic views of the sea along the way as you travel through north Madeira. We visit the small towns of Ponta Delgada, Boaventura and São Jorge. Get yourself involved with the beautiful green and rough landscapes of the North of Madeira.
You will arrive at Santana next, home of the island’s famous thatched houses that have existed here for many years, having become synonymous with Madeira.
Continue the tour onto Faial and stop by a local viewpoint to marvel at the majestic landscape of the valley and also the brand-new sky glass viewpoint of Guindaste.
We end up our tour visit the Rum factory in Porto da Cruz where you can have a try of our local rum and liquor.

Close to the Santana Municipal Council you can find the Centre for Traditional Santana houses. This is a preservation area, expanded by the municipality of Santana, in memory of local heritage.

5.00Great visit, a top guide (Duarte)! Full of discoveries and surprises! Everything is organized, the restaurants and the stops with magnificent views. Bonus: the guide is also a photographer! My family and I had a great day and having gone through this agency several times, I recommend it to all tourists interested in the island of Madeira! 5.00I visited Madeira recently with my parents and we booked a full-day tour for 3 consecutive days. Duarte (who was our guide) showed us beautiful corners throughout the island of Madeira, over these 3 days, always taking care to circulate the oldest roads and avoid the tunnels (which facilitate mobility, no doubt, but do not allow to appreciate all the landscapes of the island). It was tireless in the explanations and accompanied us wherever we went, making everything much easier. It was notorious that he had a deep knowledge of the island and that was exactly what we were looking for. We kept Madeira in the heart such was the beauty we contemplated and the love with which it was described. I was really pleased and will recommend this Enterprise to all my contacts.

5.00Our tour guide, Richard, was excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took us to many more scenic spots than was previously named in the description. Did not push us to buy anything at all. We would definitely use this company again for other tours in Madeira and recommend to anyone coming here.
