1.00Very poor service and communication from Viator and the Tour Operator. Confirmed tickets were available and then 30 minutes after receiving payment said no tickets available. Booked for the next day, but tour operator refused to send new confirmation. Also lied to Viator about trying to contact me to request additional information for the tickets. Was supposed to receive tickets to Alhambra including the Nasrid Palaces. While on the tour, informed that we did not get the Nasrid Palaces even though it was on the original confirmation. I will say that our tour guide, Nico, was awesome but dealing with Viator and this tour operator was a nightmare, especially considering the outrageous price ($330 / ticket). Find another, more professional tour operator than this one.
