1.00Paid premium and got a “confirmed “ ticket . On the day, while I was on my way to Granada I got an email saying “sorry our inventory error, we don’t have a ticket for Alhambra for you”. Very disappointing , a huge hassle and a wasted day on a short vacation. Hopefully the refund will come at least.

5.00Auxi was our guide and she was fabulous! She is very knowledgeable about everything we saw and took her time to make sure we understood everything we were seeing. She also gave us some terrific recommendations on tapas bars, a restaurant and a flamenco show. She even made reservations for us. A great tour and even a better guide. Highly recommend!

We booked only 9 days in advance where ticket to Nasrid palace was not available on the official site, but this tour got us into both AlHambra and Nasrid palaces with our family of 5. Our tour guide was Mr. Eduardo, who was really kind, friendly and fun to have the tour with our small children. He was very knowledgeable about Islamic history of the palaces, which we wanted to explore and learn about, so it was great to have this kind of knowledgeable guide.

1.00It was a scam. They charged me tickets to La Alhambra that they never had, forced me to show up at the meeting point wasting my time and I never show up and now they are not returning my money. A real scam.
They did not provide the contracted service and the supplier is not responsible for it

2.00The tour included the nazaries palaces in the cost and we were not allowed entry. It is quite a high cost of the tour considering the cost and entrance to Alhambra and was paid to guarantee entrances and exits or operator did not give us ticket for the palaces. Nowhere do you specify that they are optional always in the description says they are included. Customer dissatisfied with the service Guide very well, service provider very badly I recommend the Alhambra but not the service provider or Viator because they did not hate to resolve the issue and did not give the service stipulated

1.00The provider is not reliable, I bought the tour clearly including the Nasrid palaces but the tickets didn’t have them. It was of course impossible to get tickets for the palaces on the same day and when I reached the provider they never responded.
