5.00Evelyn was our tour guide for the night market. She was FANTASTIC! Evelyn is sweet, thorough, patient, funny and real. Our tour was on our first night in Taipe and she made sure to truly give us a lot of info and insight as we walked around the night market. She suggested items to try and her suggestions were delicious. She also taught us that in local Taiwanese "doh shyah" means "many thanks". That was the best tip ever I used it many times through the rest of our trip and every time I did it would make the people we were talking to smile so big. For real, book this tour with Evelyn and tip her because she is the best. She also went above any beyond and helped us afterward find our bus and stayed with us until it came. She did not have to do that, that is the kind of person she is.
