Quinta da Regaleira
The tour starts with a visit to Quinta da Regaleira, one of the most charming and emblematic places in Sintra, full of history and magic. Here you can marvel at the architecture, visit the famous Initiation Well, the interior of the caves and explore the imposing garden that surrounds the entire palace.
Sintra National Palace
The Sintra National Palace, also known as Palácio da Vila, was one of the palaces used by the Portuguese Royal Family. The monument, of medieval, gothic, manueline, renaissance and romantic architecture, is an "ex-libris" of Sintra.

5.00We had the most incredible experience with our tour guide, Ricardo, on the tour of Sintra and Cascais. From the moment we met, he was welcoming, fun, knowledgeable, and professional. He shared stories about Portuguese history and culture which was special because he was born and raised here. He knew all of the hidden gems and breathtaking views, that we never would have found on our own. He also recommended local foods to try and directed us to a great authentic Portuguese restaurant in Sintra for lunch which was delicious! We spent 9 days in Europe and our favorite day was the tour spent with Ricardo. He went above and beyond to ensure we saw the important sights on all tour stops, and was more concerned with giving us the best experience possible than sticking to a strict tour itinerary. By the end of the day, it felt less like we were on a strict guided tour and more like we were exploring with a friend who truly loves Portugal. We had a day full of laughs, new experiences, and beautiful sights! We highly recommend this tour! #didodi #shmeebo

5.00Our personal tour guide Nuno was incredible! He was personable, funny, and SO knowledgeable of Portugal's history, geography, and the perfect layout to walk every site we visited. Nuno communicated so many interesting facts about Portugal's history that you do not learn in your school's Global History classes. ;) If you are going to do a tour with Viator, request Nuno, 100%!!!

5.00This full day trip is so worthwhile doing with Richardo. He was very personal, knowledgeable & and friendly. He’s local from Sintra so knows all the history, routes to take and local spot for lunch which was awesome as well. Restaurante O APEADEIRO the food and service was amazing and they even treated us to some Port & dessert (Pillow) We definitely recommend booking with this company and asking for Richardo. Over the top it was.
