Gornergrat

Today you will explore Gornergrat, one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in the Swiss Alps. In Zermatt, you will board the Gornergrat Railway for a 35 minute ride scenic ascent through alpine forests and past sparkling glaciers. Take time to walk along the viewing platforms, capture stunning photographs, and breathe in the fresh mountain air. Gornergrat is subject to weather, maintenance and operational closures. If the cable car or mountain area is closed, an equivalent nearby mountain will be visited instead.
