Erawan Waterfalls
Discover the breathtaking beauty of Erawan Waterfall, one of Thailand’s most iconic natural wonders nestled in the lush forests of Erawan National Park, Kanchanaburi. This seven-tiered cascade is named after the three-headed white elephant from Hindu mythology, as the top tier is said to resemble its head. Each level offers something unique—from emerald green pools perfect for swimming, to tranquil jungle trails where butterflies dance around you. Along the way, you’ll hear the soothing sounds of water rushing over limestone, and you might even spot cheeky monkeys in the trees. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, Erawan Waterfall is a paradise. Dip into the refreshing pools, walk barefoot on soft limestone terraces, or just pause and take in the magical scenery. With our private tour, you’ll enjoy a seamless and comfortable journey, premium service, and a knowledgeable local guide who will make your experience unforgettable.
Wat Tham Khao Pun
Although we didn’t go inside Wat Tham Khao Poon this time, we made a special stop to admire the Phra That Si Mueang Kan Chedi — a beautiful golden stupa just outside the temple grounds. This serene spot also features an impressive Standing Buddha image, overlooking the lush greenery and offering a peaceful panoramic view. The chedi is built in traditional Thai style, with graceful layers and ornate detailing that gleam under the sunlight. Said to enshrine sacred relics, it symbolizes the spiritual heart of the area. While not as widely known as some of Kanchanaburi's major landmarks, its quiet charm and scenic surroundings make it well worth a visit. The large Buddha statue nearby adds a sense of calm and reverence — a gentle reminder of the spiritual presence here, even without stepping inside the main temple.

Erawan Waterfall is breathtaking, and Sara’s energy was just right friendly without being overbearing. She helped everyone find the best spots for photos and explained the natural surroundings clearly. Sitting on the boat later was peaceful and the perfect way to end a nature-filled day.

Cherry paced the day really well. We had plenty of time at the waterfall to swim and relax. The war cemetery and Bridge over the River Kwai were powerful to see in person. The boat ride afterward felt peaceful and gave us time to just enjoy the surroundings.

Photos really don’t do Erawan justice. The color of the water was crazy beautiful. Poppy was super friendly and helped us choose which levels to walk to. After that, the historical stops were well explained but not heavy. Boat ride at the end was relaxing and a nice way to slow down.

Jimmy made everything easy and enjoyable. The waterfall was the highlight for me—cool water, peaceful vibes, and just enough walking. The WWII cemetery and bridge visit were interesting and respectful. Ending the day on the boat was perfect after all the walking.

This was my second time visiting Erawan Waterfall, and this time I brought my family with me. I was just as impressed as the first time I absolutely love this place and would never say no to coming back. I really wanted my family to see how beautiful it is, and everyone loved it. We all agreed that the waterfall is incredibly clear and emerald-colored. Even though we didn’t hike all the way to the top, the tour was still very worthwhile and included many great stops. We also visited the World War II Cemetery and enjoyed a boat ride at the Bridge over the River Kwai, which made the day even more special. Most importantly, we can’t say enough good things about our guide, Poppy. She was outstanding very experienced, knew the route well, and took excellent care of my parents. Even though they are older, she was always attentive and even helped support my mother when needed, which meant so much to us. Poppy is truly a wonderful guide kind, fun, and very professional. Thank you so much to Poppy for taking such great care of our family and making sure everything went smoothly. Everyone was happy, and it was a memorable day for all of us.
