If you are looking for an experience that captures the true heart of Portugal, this is it. Our day was a perfect blend of culture, breathtaking scenery, and incredible hospitality. The Art of the Tile We started the day with a visit to a local tile factory, which was absolutely fascinating. Seeing the craftsmanship that goes into Portugal’s iconic azulejos firsthand gives you a whole new appreciation for the architecture you see throughout the country. The attention to detail and the preservation of traditional methods are truly impressive. Coastal Magic From the factory, we moved toward the coast, and the ocean views were nothing short of spectacular. Standing on the cliffs and looking out over the Atlantic was one of those "pinch-me" moments. It’s the kind of rugged, natural beauty that photos just can’t fully capture. A Perfect Picnic The highlight of the afternoon was a wonderful picnic set against that stunning coastal backdrop. It wasn’t just a quick bite; it was a thoughtfully curated spread of local flavors that allowed us to slow down and really soak in the atmosphere. Our Guide, Antonio What truly elevated this entire experience was our guide, Antonio. From the moment we met, his passion for his country and his warm personality made us feel completely at ease. He didn't just show us the sights; he shared stories and insights that made the day feel deeply personal. By the end of the trip, Antonio didn't feel like a guide anymore—he felt like a friend. If you have the chance to book a tour with him, do not hesitate. He is a true professional with a huge heart, and he made our time in Portugal something we will cherish forever. Highly recommended!

We spent two days with Antonio. We went to Evora and the Tile Factory one day and around the Lisbon area on the other day. Antonio is knowledgeable, patient and he lets you set your itinerary. He will go at your pace and gives you his full attention. I’ve also done the Sintra tour with him. He is an excellent guide and we will use him again when we return to Portugal. Highly recommend.

A wonderful and different experience. With the best guide. Antonio always says that time is ours and not his. In addition to showing the places, help you understand the language and history and also the soul of each place. It gives you something very valuable time and space. He never rushes you. The tour knows what time heaven never gives what time ends. Antonio is an Okis on tours. Grateful infinitely

Wonderful trip! Very interesting demonstration at the tile museum. Beautiful views of the coast along the way to Setubal. The highlight of the trip was Evora and the stork nests along the way. Antonio was a wonderful guide.

I had originally been most interested in getting to Evora but the rest of the day was as good or better than that. Antonio is a wonderful and patient host and takes you to places you would never see on your own. We enjoyed each stop- the small tile factory where we gained a new appreciation for the craftsmanship of tile art to the morning break where we had our first taste of sheep’s cheese and pumpkin jam along with pastry.. to the amazing fish market and wonderful lunch place. Of course seeing the ruins of the temple in Evora was cool too. Most of all, Antonio goes above and beyond to help with restaurant recommendations, where to see fado, and much more. Don’t hesitate to book with him! We actually canceled our previously scheduled tour to Sintra with another group so we can go with him tomorrow.

This tour was our favorite of all the tputs we booked whole staying in Lisbon. Antonio was our guide as he was on two others . Our guide made sure we were well caffeinated as we stopped for espresso before going to a factory where hand painted tiles are made. Very informative demonstration at the family owned firm. You are able to purchase some that can be shipped home as well. The ones backed in cork make great gifts as trivets After that we drove to the coast for some magnificent views then to the Setubal market. We had a great lunch with Antonio at a local spot. Then we were off to Evora, but the heavens opened up once again Despite the weather, Antonio made sure we got our money's worth. He is so well informed on Portuguese history, food and local facts. Antonio is the best tour guide that we have ever had! He's a safe driver and we had some downpours. We can not speak highly enough of him. Now that we are home, I've already messaged him about today's eclipse. Tour friends for life....

If you’re coming to Portugal, booking a tour with Antonio is a must! He is very knowledgeable about the history of Portugal and all the monuments we went to. He’s a very safe driver and very attentive to our needs. He also took us to some of the best food sports throughout all of Portugal, and as a foodie I really appreciated this.
