I was born and raised in a former territory of Warsaw Jewish Ghetto. I know every single corner of that district and I feel it is my legacy to present the history in the way it was. I am full of respect to all the history facts and I am presenting them with devotion and passion. My aim is to tell you how it was.

5.00Our tour with Paulina was excellent. We wanted to see the area of the Warsaw Ghetto, and Paulina took us there and showed us all the important sights. We upgraded to the tour with a driver which significantly helped with the amount of walking we had to do. We saw the Warsaw Zoo, original buildings from the Warsaw Ghetto, and many monuments to the victims and heroes. Paulina added so much to the tour with her commentary. Highly recommend.

5.00If possible, take a private tour. It’s quite an experience and then you can always regroup later with the information. You’ll learn so much take lots of pictures.

5.00Art is the best guide! He was super communicative and worked with us on a great tour plan. He was flexible, punctual, and overall gave an awesome tour. He’s funny, smart, and after our tour ended, we left extremely happy. I cannot recommend touring with Art enough!

5.00The guide Arturo was prompt, friendly, courteous and very very knowledgeable. Arturo has lived in this area his whole life and was able to give us an additional perspective of living his early years under Soviet rule before Poland's independence. And living in a city that then had to start rebuilding itself after Soviet rule. We learned alot.

5.00The guide was extremely knowledgeable about the area that we were touring and he was an excellent docent. He was not aware of what the Viator trip included so we missed two inclusions and one was the highlights of the Polin museum which we wanted to see. We never got there. He did not realize that it was a four hour tour, not three. He did add a destination that was not an inclusion but it was just a photo stop. We ended up touring for four hours but I find it hard to understand that your guides are not knowledgeable about the details of the tours that they are giving. Viator has to do a better job of informing the docent.
