Shanghai World Financial Center
Standing in the center of Lujiazui in Pudong and neighboring Shanghai Tower and Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC) is the second tallest skyscraper in the city up to now. From the exterior, the structure looks like a bottle opener and that's exactly its nickname. For tourists, it's more of a hot attraction featuring the sightseeing observatories and the Park Hyatt Hotel. Three observation decks offer different experiences at the 94th, 97th, and 100th floors. The 100th floor is the highest observatory in the world, with transparent glass-walled walkways.
Riverside Promenade (Bingjiang Da Dao)
Then, your guide will show you around Shanghai Binjiang Avenue built in 1997 and located at the east bank of Huangpu River and it's praised as the new Bund of Pudong. It integrates sightseeing, leisure and relaxation, focusing on the urban ecological environment and functions. Walking on the broad Binjiang Avenue, enjoying a cup of coffee, overlooking the panorama of the Bund, listening to the melodious whistle on the Huangpu River, is a rare quiet and comfortable life in the heart of the metropolis. Then, we will transfer to the Bund through the sightseeing tunnel and wander in the Bund. Bund Sightseeing Tunnel, the first visitor tunnel under Huangpu River in China, connects the Bund and Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone. It just takes 3-5 minutes to travel through the tunnel, passengers can appreciate fascinating visual effects with a variety of sounds accompany them. Driverless carriages are used, and passengers have a wide vista from them. This enables the passengers to feel they are transported an “explorer”.
