They were very flexible based on local information, such as having to change the road due to construction on the day, so I was able to travel with great peace of mind. They also explained each place during the pick-up and drop-off, so it was fun. I would like to use it if I have the chance to go again next time.

5.00The driver was professional and contacted us by phone as soon as our flight reached the airport. He met us just outside the airport, His white Toyota Inova SUV was parked at a short distance just outside the airport in the parking lot. He maneuvered his vehicle very carefully through meandering hilly roads to our hotel in Darjeeling. I will have no hesitation in recommending this service to other tourists using this service to travel to Darjeeling.

3.00The driver wasn’t holding a sign for us to find him. We had to ring a few times. The drive was comfortable. Then he dropped us on side road near motel. But he did message later to see if we found our motel.
