5.00Really grateful for the patience and excellent service shown by the team. We had a delay at Dubai Airport - first, it was one hour. Then 4, then 6, then 9, then 12, and finally 14 hours. The administrators made no issue over the delay, were very flexible, made sure we were ok, checked up frequently and made sure we got picked up - even though it was 4am, and not 2pm! They even made sure the vehicle was super comfortable and relaxing after such a horrible experience. We are really grateful For their kindness and effort. Fully recommend them for their kindness names and compassion!

5.00Fantastic service, we had an issue with our WiFi when arriving, the driver had already WhatsApp’d us before we left the UK so we had his number, they also advised our flight was delayed, we didn’t even know this at the time, we called on arrival and he was there, we also changed the pick up time from the hotel and that was no issue.
