5.00I was honestly a bit wary of booking a hotel transfer as it took no money upfront so I thought what if they don’t show up. Not only did they show up on time they communicated with me before the pick ups times both to and from our hotel which put me at ease. Car seats were already in the car waiting for us. As soon as our driver met us he took our luggage and transported it to his vehicle. We had a good variety of Disney movies in the car to pick from and the driver himself was very friendly and took time to explain to us how the tv worked. Overall a great and calm experience. Glad I chose this over a shuttle bus transfer! I will definitely be booking again for our next visit. Thanks a lot!

The driver was waiting for us, patiently I must add due to passport control system issues, and the drive was smooth, in a cleanable nd luxurious vehicle, and the grandaughter loved being able to watch Disney films on the way. The return was just as good, and I would highly recommend to anyone

Drive was quick Also transfer back arrived on time for us and had looked to see what terminal we were at Excellent service
