2.00Unreliable. My request for a trip to the airport was accepted, confirmed and paid for in full. A week before my trip I received an email informing me that a refund had been issued. It took me a significant effort to find out why. The chat informed me it was cancelled and refunded because of “lack of availability”, leaving me looking for alternative solutions in the middle of the busiest holiday season in years. I haven’t even been offered an apology.

5.00I've got an amazing experience, to be honest. At the beginning of March, l was lucky to travel to Brussels before quarantine started and stayed in Brussels Grand Place Arenberg where l booked AtoB service to. I tend to use a taxi or shuttle from the airport in any country l go to and this time l decided to rent your car. I found the prices aren't so high especially comparing to the service itself. Very quick ride, polite and kind driver, l am very pleased!!
