What To Expect
From the moment a passenger makes a reservation, they receive a confirmation with all trip details. Before pickup, they are provided with the driver’s name, vehicle information, and estimated arrival time. When the driver arrives, the passenger is notified by phone or app, making it easy to locate each other. During the journey, the driver confirms the destination and follows either a direct route or a shared route, depending on the service selected. Upon arrival, payment is completed, and a receipt is issued. The passenger can then provide feedback about their experience.
