5.00Used this company to and from our hotel in Bangkok. Perfect! Followed instructions and all went well. Our flight was about 1/2 hr late but no problems. Returning to the airport, we were picked up around 7am which gave us plenty of time for checking in. Communication was excellent; replied to enquires almost immediately, which was better than our hotels.
A safe, comfortable and efficient transit to the airport.

5.00The driver was punctual. He was courteous, helpful and effective. He handled our luggage efficiently and with care. He drove safely and picked the best route in the midst of traffic congestion. We are entirely satisfied with the service. It would have been best if the ticket can indicate the time of pick up so that clients can have absolute ease of mind. As said, the driver was punctual but before we saw him we could not be sure whether there was misunderstanding on the time.
