What To Expect
When you book with us, you will receive confirmation by email. Upon your arrival at Sangster International Airport, our driver will be waiting for you in the passenger arrivals area, displaying the lead passenger's full name. You will then be driven to the hotel or resort in one of our fully air-conditioned cars.

5.00We finally took a family vacation. I was so worried about getting around . I made a post on a Jamaican visitor Facebook group and Desmond reached out to me. I was so happy he did because he made our trip in Jamaica smooth and a real blessing. He took real good care of us. We used his business "Eternal Tours" for all our excursions and other travels while in Jamaica in July. I will highly recommend him. His price was also much reasonable than all the other companies I saw. Thanks Desmond for taking care of us. I made a joke and told him that he was our father because he was so protective of us.

5.00Eternal Tours did an amazing job of picking our group of 10 up from Sangster International AirPort and taking us to our hotel in Negril. They also was our transportation to and from excursions which included Rose Hall Great House, Cultural Center one day and Mystic Mountain another day. Very accommodating and professional. 5.00Our private transfer from the airport was the start of a wonderful holiday in Jamaica. The service from our guide/driver Desmond was exceptional, really professional and he took care of us whilst taking the time to give us a history lesson of the beautiful island of Jamaica. The experience we had was so good we even booked a days tour to Discovery Bay and St Anne’s to see the real Jamaica and see our families ancestral homeland, which we (9 adults) all thoroughly enjoyed and it will live in our memories for a long time. Thank you Desmond for going above and beyond to make the day special especially for my 91 year old father in law. Honestly the customer service is exceptional - believe me I don’t ever bother with reviews as I don’t think anyone reads them but I hope you read this and take a trip with Jamaica Eternal Tours and transportation.

5.00The driver was excellent. He got us quickly and safely to our resort after a long wait for our luggage at the airport. He drove with expertise and managed to avoid an collision from a car driving ahead of our van.

5.00Flawless experience from start to end. Booked with Desmond Brown, Eternal Tours round trip to Negril . Driver was waiting for us upon arrival at airport. Clarkie our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had him stop by pharmacy on our way to Negril and at Green Island at Biggs jerk stand (a must). On our way back we met the man himself.,Desmond Brown.He knows everything about Jamaica 🇯🇲 We had a great conversation on our way to the airport. Highly recommend using them for transfers, tours. If you have any questions or requests just ask, they will go out of their way to please their customers. Once you meet them you’re family 🫶🇯🇲
