We were able to catch a flight to Praslin early and were therefore half an hour early. Nevertheless, we did not have to wait long, as the driver was there earlier. Very nice and accommodating. In addition, my daughter forgot her backpack in the car and it came back extra.

We were met at Praslin Airport by Donny as arranged. Smooth transfer from airport to hotel. The booking process was hassle free.

Our plane to Praslin was around 30 minutes late, which was beyond our control. So was beyond our control the fact that they could not carry our luggage with us as the plane was overweighted… Air Seychelles asked us to wait for the next plane to eventually collect our luggage. Driver first said he could not wait then that he could for a supplement, which was not an issue for us. The guy did not have one kind word and did not even greet us properly. Globally unpleasant experience and not the best welcome to Praslin. Definitely not recommended.

Donny is such an amazing driver and tour guide. He exceeded our expectations. The transfer was vehicle was very clean and spacious and even had sanitizer and complimentary gifts for us. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way for all our requests even with a 1 year old. He adheres strictly to covid protocols and his knowledge of Praslin Island is second to none. He communicated with us efficiently and was always on time and provided us with excellent tips to make our stay in Seychelles even better.

Very good experience. Donnie was always on time (I booked return transfer as well) and had professional attitude. E-mail communication was without any issues as well. Very recommended.
