2.00When we booked, we specified drop off at the Keelung cruise port, which they responded no issues. The night before the tour, and past viator cancellation, they messaged us: "We’re sorry for not mentioning this earlier. Since you’ve chosen Keelung Port as your drop-off location, there will be an additional Keelung Port fee of TWD 990. Please have TWD 990 ready in cash and hand it directly to your assigned driver tomorrow. Thank you so much for your understanding. We hope you enjoy your tour and have a wonderful experience with us!" This is not a very good business practice after they confirm the port drop off previously in a message. The charge was about $35 USD more. The tour itself was good and the driver timely and friendly.
