Excellent car service! We landed an hour early and I wasn’t sure if I would have to wait for my ride. But thankfully my name was right there in the arrival hall and the gentleman there had me in a car within 5 minutes. We had a friendly and efficient driver and no issues getting to our hotel. Great experience booking this ride and I would choose them again.

Disappointed for the first time with viator though not their fault but the operator but still not so great experience. Was drop off to a wrong hotel of same chain. The great part was they refunded what was paid for that service.

Nobody was waiting for me when I exited baggage claim. Looked at my ticket and it said meeting place was outside terminal 2. Seemed strange as I arrived terminal 1. Checked again nobody was waiting for me at arrivals. Then went to meeting place on ticket. Waited 1 hour. Got text message asking where I was. Could not reply. No up date. Caught taxi. Waste money
