This service provides 24/7 transfers from Tocumen Airport to any hotel in Playa Bonita. This is a private transfer by an air-conditioned vehicle. One way and round trip option available. Meeting instructions: If you fly with COPA, Air France or KLM: a Driver waits out of customs at terminal 2 holding a sign with your name on it. When you travel without luggage, sometimes you are allowed to exit by Terminal 1, If that is the case, please walk to Terminal 2 or let us know via WhatsApp, so the driver can meet you there. Other airlines: Driver waits out of customs at terminal 1 holding a sign with your name on it. If you can not find the driver, WhatsApp us, You can use 30 minutes free WIFI at the airport. Drivers are not allowed to stop between point A and point B during the transfer. Your driver will track your flight online to make sure your car is ready as soon as you arrive. There will be no additional fees if your flight is delayed. This transfer is for a maximum of 5 people per vehicle. Excluded transfers to Old Town, Causeway Amador and old Panama Canal Zone. 5.00Amber Moon is an extremely professional business. Our flight was delayed by five hours due to the Global Outage. We finally arrived in Panama at 1:00 a.m. Amber Moon informed us that the driver was monitoring the flight and would be there to meet the plane. We were a bit nervous due to the extensive delay. The driver was at the airport and promptly took us to our hotel in Playa Bonita. The return trip to the airport was equally as good. Our driver informed us that he was on his way and when he arrived at the hotel. The cars are clean, air conditioned and well maintained. Also, we found the cost for a party of five ($65 each way) was quite good, compared to what the hotel was charging.

5.00The company communicated ahead of time to confirm the pickup details. Our flight was delayed, and they were up to date on the delay and adjusted our pick-up time from the airport accordingly. They were also very communicative and responsive to our requests. I would use this company again for future travel in Panama.

5.00Reliable. Was there early. Sign w my name on it from the airport. Air conditioned vans and water available. Showed up early for my return. Good service, I would use again. Price probably the same for Uber from the airport to where I was going but was good to have a ready private ride and return set up for peace of mind.
