  Alexander (our driver) was absolutely fantastic. He contacted us just as soon as our plane landed to let us know he was already at the airport waiting for us. By the time we got to baggage claim he was already there waiting to help us with our bags. He took us to our hotel in very short order. We would definitely hire him again.

  The driver was good and noticed one of the passengers needed a cane to walk so he called another vehicle. That would be easier to get in than the van.

  We highly recommend this service. We had a large group with luggage, so we booked this service for roundtrip transportation between the airport and our apartment. Alexander was our driver and he is outstanding. Our flight was delayed several hours, but Alexander was there to meet us, and texted me as soon as we landed. Alexander was very polite and helpful, and gave us a quick tour of San Juan during the trip. He pointed out good restaurants, as well as recommendations for places to visit and things to do during our stay. He arrived on time for our scheduled return trip, and still gave us some tips for our next trip to the area. Everyone in our group thought this was a much better option than taking multiple taxis or Uber rides, and we highly recommend Alexander and this transport service when your group visits San Juan.

  I literally booked with this company super last minute! Less than 12hours before our trip and was so skeptical at first. But It turned out to be an awesome experience with customer service. The agent was so helpful and patient. Our driver was amazing!!! From keeping in contact when our plane landed to our drop off location. He recommend a ton of places to see while we are here with our children for the first time. So Friendly and accommodating! Will definitely use again when I come back !
