Reservation • Guest books the private transfer online through Viator. • Confirmation is sent immediately, including operator contact details and WhatsApp number for direct support. • Guests are asked to provide key information: • Flight details (airline, flight number, arrival time) if pickup is at MCO. • Full address and pickup time if pickup is at a hotel or vacation rental. • Number of passengers, luggage, and any special requests (e.g., child seat, Meet & Greet). ⸻ 2. Pre-Trip Coordination • The operator monitors the flight status in real time (for airport pickups). • Guests receive clear instructions for the meeting point and driver contact before the day of service. • Optional extras are confirmed (Meet & Greet sign, extra stops, round trip, child seat). ⸻ 3. Pickup • At MCO Airport: • Driver waits at the designated meeting point outside the arrivals terminal. • If “Meet & Greet” was selected, the driver meets inside the terminal with a sign. • A 45-minute grace period after landing is included. • At Hotels/Vacation Homes: • Driver arrives at the scheduled pickup time at the lobby or front entrance. • 15 minutes of courtesy waiting time are included. • At Port Canaveral/Cocoa Beach: • Driver meets passengers at the cruise terminal’s passenger pickup zone. ⸻ 4. Boarding & Luggage Assistance • Driver helps load luggage into the vehicle. • Guests are seated in a clean, air-conditioned car/SUV/minivan (depending on group size). • Wi-Fi or bottled water may be available if requested (optional add-on). ⸻ 5. Journey • Direct, private transportation with no sharing. • Tolls and fuel are included in the price. • Guests can request one quick extra stop (grocery/pharmacy) for up to 15 minutes if pre-booked (+$15). • Travel time: • Orlando (MCO/Hotels) → Port Canaveral/Cocoa Beach: approx. 60–90 minutes. • Orlando → Tampa: approx. 90–120 minutes. ⸻ 6.
