What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

4.00We were glad to have booked this airport pick up. The communication on whats app with the driver prior to arrival was good. However, one small snag. When we arrived at the meeting place that the driver messaged me about, the driver was not there. So, after calling the driver and messaging him, we were unable to reach him. He was not replying to my calls or messages. We were thinking of taking a taxi when a different driver showed up. He explained our driver had gotten in an accident..He was so kind and nice and helpful. All went perfectly thanks to him. My only complaint was that we did not know that a different driver had been sent and we just needed to wait about 15 minutes more. Had we been informed, we could have just relaxed and been patient to wait for the other driver. Instead, we weren't sure what to do. Glad thar the original driver was not injured in the accident. I think this is a good reputable company and we recommend them.

1.00That if your flight delay your carrier will not wait on you ..and be lieing that they are calling and nothing like that …I had to pay different money for other transfer to take me torte hotel. Very disappointed and inconvenient…
