5.00On April 12, the experience was very professional. The driver was courteous and friendly. The young lady who met us at the pier was also professional and helpful. I will say, that I am disappointed I was not able to obtain a refund for the April 1, 2025 transfer that we did not utilize. Due to multiple airline delays that same day, beyond our control, we were unable to fly into San Juan to p/u the cruise ship. We ended up re-booking another flight with American Airlines in order to 'catch up' with the cruise ship in Cartagena, Columbia.

1.00We arrived in San Juan on the same ship we departed on. Do you think there was a driver waiting for us? No, of course not we had to take a taxi to the airport! This company is terrible, avoid at all costs!!!
