3.00Normally my bookings with Viator are perfect. This time there were a couple of flaws. I booked a pick up from the airport in Puerto Rico and drop off at my hotel for 10 of us. The day before they called me to tell me that they made a mistake and it cost $50 more. The driver was there right on time and waiting for us. He was great. The van was for 14 and had a number of broken seatbelts so we had to scurry around to find seats. But we found 10 eventually. Otherwise it was great.

Don’t trust the vehicle pictures

2.00In the picture the vehicles are people movers with stairs. We had 2 seniors in our group which is why I booked this one. What arrived was a 9 passenger van that was also used as a taxi. MUCH harder to get in and out if. Driver was very nice, but vehicle was not nice.
