5.00It was 11 of us, driver Francisco was on time waiting for us, loaded our bags in the van, very professional and helpful, nice. I would definitely suggest using their service and yes I would use them when I’m flying into San Juan.

3.00Normally my bookings with Viator are perfect. This time there were a couple of flaws. I booked a pick up from the airport in Puerto Rico and drop off at my hotel for 10 of us. The day before they called me to tell me that they made a mistake and it cost $50 more. The driver was there right on time and waiting for us. He was great. The van was for 14 and had a number of broken seatbelts so we had to scurry around to find seats. But we found 10 eventually. Otherwise it was great.
