Very competent service. Driver was at airport when plane landed so he waited patiently for the rest of the family to emerge. He calmly found our accommodation after the initial address given was incorrectly translated into English. Highly recommended.
The service is worth its price, the tour is to enjoy 😎

I came to Osaka by myself and saw the company occasionally before I came, and wanted a girl driver because I was a girl, and the staff was very kind and arranged for me. I experienced a very good Japanese service and will check back next time for this company.

I usually feel uneasy about drivers who start or brake rapidly, but this time the driving was really stable and I didn't feel a single jolt while traveling. They checked my luggage carefully before I left and made sure I didn't forget anything. They were so thoughtful, they prepared umbrellas for us when it rained and told us to watch our step as we got out of the car!
The car comes with a USB charging interface and Wi-Fi, so don't worry about losing power or being bored. And the driver was very steady, not a bumpy ride, my usual car-sick friend slept well all the way this time, what a perfect travel experience!

This time with a few friends on the trip to Sanshui group, everyone's transportation requirements are very high, especially my friend who drives a luxury car, before leaving worried whether it will be ordinary minibus. The car is a luxury business car with lots of space, especially comfortable seats, even softer than my own car, the seat can also adjust the angle, long distance driving is not at all tired.
