  WhatsApp communication was excellent, making everything easy to coordinate and stress-free. We had an excellent experience with our transport driver Sandro during our recent transfer from the airport to the cruise port and back to Sao Paulo. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. What truly stood out was how he went above and beyond when we realized we needed an additional piece of luggage. Instead of simply dropping us off, he took the time to bring us to a store and helped us purchase a new suitcase, making sure we found exactly what we needed. His patience and willingness to assist turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and easy experience. The ride itself was comfortable and efficient. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service. We are very grateful for his help and would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful transportation.

  The experience of the service provided by Alex's team was wonderful, we were in a group of families with several children, Alex gave us support in all transfers, arrival at the airport, going to the park, going to our cruise departure in Santos and return to the airport, everything went as planned, all the super polite and punctual drivers. I chose Alex to give us this support for the various positive reviews that I saw here on tripadvisor and without a doubt was our best option, quality service with prices compatible with the one offered in the market. I am already planning the next adventure for São Paulo and will undoubtedly seek the support of Alex’s team.

  I booked the transfer from Guarulhos airport to Campinas and also the return trip. All very well, I was expected at the airport because the flight was delayed. Then, on the return, I was picked up on schedule. All right. Very recommended.

  It was excellent. Alex gave us a lot of security. We saw the ad on Instagram, we got scared, but as we went chatting with Alex gave us peace of mind. And motorist Miguel was super ponrual and attentive. I loved the experience!
