1.00We booked and prepaid for this private transfer several days in advance through Chase Visa. We were on a tight schedule to get to the marina to crew a vessel through the Panama canal. When the driver wasn't there 30 minutes after our arrival, we tried calling the number provided and there was no answer. We found another number, no answer. I'm not even sure they are still in business. Pathetic.

5.00I used this service for a transport from the airport to the marina in the early morning hours. My driver was nice, but the car was mediocre. I let the main contact know about my overall experience and they immediately resolved the matter, issued me a refund and apologized for the experience. What would have been a 2-3 star experience became a 5 star based on how they handled the matter.
