For airport arrivals, your driver will be waiting at Ben Gurion Airport – Arrivals Hall, Exit 23 (Level 2) with a welcome sign showing your name or “Jaffa Transfers.” For departures from Tel Aviv, your driver will pick you up from your hotel or private address, assist with luggage, and take you directly to the Ben Gurion Airport Departures Terminal.
