What To Expect

1- Make the reservation indicating the following: Full name and number of people, airport to be used, airline, flight number and arrival time. 2- There will be a driver waiting for you at the airport, with a sign identifying the name of the company and the name of the client. Upon contact, you must provide identification and reservation number. 3- The driver proceeds to transfer you to your destination Hotel, resort and/or condo property. 4- For the pick up to the airport, the driver will be picking you up properly identified with a sign with the name of the company and the name of the client, the assistance will be provided 3hrs before your flight takes off, depending on the distance from your hotel. (Information will be detailed at the time of booking). 5- The driver proceeds to take the client(s) to the corresponding airport. The transportation will always be a private service.

I've been using ATM for years! Rigoberto and his team are 1st class!! I've used his services over 20 times and he never disappoints! Very very safe and friendly! He has accommodated my entire family including 2 children and grandparents as old as 90! He is so caring and there is nothing more important then your happiness and comfort! His vehicles are spotless, new and he drives very very safely! If you want the best, here it is! Great communication before you arrive, when you arrive and during your trip if needed! I was traveling alone to meet my sister and her husband at a resort. The day before my departure the transfer company cancelled the service. I found ATM at the last minute and they were so reliable from the moment of confirmation. We had a bit of a discrepancy in the quoted cost but it was understandable and it was handled well . We used them to return to the airport when we returned together since our flights were the same. I will certainly contact ATM in the future.

Rigoberto was WONDERFUL. He remained in contact with me from the day before my flight. When I arrived at the airport, he sent me a text stating where he was located being that construction was going on. Excellent driver, very informative otw to the resort. He took our group out to Xfinity and escorted us in made sure we were okay and was at the door waiting for us when we were ready. He also stopped us by the mall on our way back to the airport. I would highly recommend him!!

At first contact with Mr Rigo Frias I was reassured of the best quality for my money ! He delivered every word he said .they are reliable , kind , courteous, helpful , friendly from beginning to end . For a big group of 13 people , I was worried at first , Rigo told me he will send a big van & if we still don’t fit with our luggages that he will personally bring another vehicle for the same price . It was a Mercedes Sprinter , we all fit comfortably, with style ! Brooke was very sweet , helpful in doing our PayPal transaction, Edgar the driver was kind & patient , our resort bell boy was late in delivering our bags to the lobby , Edgar waited patiently, didn’t hear a complaint from him , always helpful . I will definitely recommend this company , nice people that truly enjoy helping make tourist travel safe and enjoyable! Thanks again Rigo, Brooke and Edgar!

We started using this company in lieu of hotel transportation. They are reliable. Very nice vehicles. They know the hotels and hotel staff. I am much more comfortable with this group and especially the times we have had flight cancellations or delays. They are excellent. On par with our transportation service stateside. They have taken us on day trips to Santo Domingo (baseball games). Yacht/boat excursions. Restaurant outings. Besides airport transfers. Highly recommend.

Rigoberto is AMAZING! He reached out to me via text weeks before my arrival in punta cana to confirm my booking. He was on time picking me and my friends up at the airport and had waters, juice and beer in a cooler in his vehicle. He was available via text throughout my entire trip. Thank you Rogoberto for your amazing services! I will for sure be recommending you to my travel clients!!!
