5.00The company was proactive in communication, starting a few days prior to pickup, which made our experience so much easier. They were great in guiding us directly to our driver, who was equally as nice and helpful. He was patient while our son set up a car seat for our grandson. The parking lot was quite packed and tight, so the driver had to maneuver a bit to avoid backing up traffic while ensuring the baby was safe. It was a pleasant and safe drive all the way to the hotel. I definitely recommend them.

5.00This is the third trip we have used this company for rides to and from the airport. The drivers are always waiting for us at the airport (with the AC running!) For our return trips always early as well. We have used other companies in the past and did not have that experience. Our driver, Oscar was great this trip playing our choice of music and driving safely with the crazy speed bumps. Highly recommend this company for fair rates and exceptional service!

5.00The transportation was excellent. The driver was on time, friendly and professional. This kind of transportation is much better than the busses you get at the airport or to return to the airport from the resort. It may take up to 45 minutes for a bus to leave the airport vs leaving immediately using this service. When departing, this service drops you off at the departure area hassle free saving so much time vs using bus transportation. Would highly recommend! Well worth the money!

5.00We used ELG for our travel needs around Punta Cana during our 2-week vacation. They picked us up at the airport, which was nice not waiting for the normal van transfers we had used before and cheaper. We went to three different golf courses (3 different days), shopping in town one day and out to Bayahibe to catch a boat tour. All the drivers were absolutely perfect!! On time for every event and were very helpful with everything we needed. Professional, clean and super nice vehicles!!! We felt like celebrities being driven around. We will use them again as we are already planning a trip back to Punta Cana!! Use ELG, you will not be disappointed!!! 5 stars all the way!!!
