5.00There's not enough kind words I could say about Rigo, his wife and staff. When my 3yr old calls him uncle Rigo that says a lot. Kids know good people. 1st night we arrived 4am in Santiago it was extremely late to checkin anywhere. Rigo allowed my family to stay in his personal home until we were able to checkin to our villa. Great guy great company. His wife amazing person & amazing cook. Just so helpful and trustworthy. From El Jefe y mi familia. We love you guys.

5.00Rigo was FANTASTIC! We actually had to change our pickup time SEVERAL times due to airline delays but he was very accommodating. From the time we entered the vehicle it was 5 star service. Rigo was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of all landmarks and tourist sites that we passed on our drive from Santiago to the Lifestyles Resort in Puerto Plata. A definite plus is the Wi-Fi offered in the vehicle! That was definitely right on time after being picked up from the airport with no service. The drive was safe and very comfortable that we even fell asleep. I will definitely use his company again whenever I’m visiting Puerto Plata for airport transport and excursions. Thanks again Rigo!

5.00Rigo is as professional as they come. ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING I needed he got it for me or took us to get it. He was on time for my pick up at the airport and he didn't leave our side wherever we went. My only gripe is one day he will be so successful that I won't be able to book his private services. He treated us like family and even had his wife come and chef us up a mean authentic Dominican spread. I will always book Rigo when I come to Puerto Plata. He's worth every penny. If you know you know. A true gentleman.
