What To Expect
Upon arrival to our Guatemala city international airport be welcomed by our friendly drivers who will be waiting for you at the main and only exit with a visible sign. Our staff will lead you to the vehicle and transport you to La Antigua Guatemala. Once in antigua our driver is instructed to take you to the door of your hotel.

1.00They never responded. My family and I were supposed to land in Guatemala on Nov. 9th and our flight was delayed until the next day. We came to an agreement and they agreed to pick us up the next day when our flight arrived. At first, I communicated with the company and they responded. But on Nov. 10th, I sent them multiple messages to arrange pick up and they never responded. I have the messages and I requested a refund. Tip: Shuttles to Antigua are $20 at the airport.

5.00This was a great transportation team. They made sure to communicate with me quickly and efficiently. The driver was very kind and made sure I had a safe journey to Antigua. He also shared a lot of information about the local sights and suggestions about things to do. He was kind and his car was clean and provided a nice ride.

5.00The service was great. I booked the night before my flight to Guatemala. They contacted me first thing in the morning to secure more details. Victor was a great driver. He picked me up on time even though my flight was delayed coming in. He was at the agreed location with a sign that read my name and destination. There was a long ride ahead of us but he found a way to cut down the time with his knowledge of the best routes. I would definitely recommend this service.
