What To Expect
Krakow
Hotel pickup takes place 2 hours before the scheduled tour time. Travel time: 1,5 hours with english speaking driver. Groups maximum of 7-8 people.

Learn about Poland’s history and visit a former concentration camp—Auschwitz Birkenau, that now acts as a place to remember those who lost their lives there during World War II. Save time planning your own transport by having Krakow hotel pickup and drop-off included. By going on a guided tour, you are able to understand more about the context of the site and the things that happened there. The driver will take you to the Museum entrance, give you tickets and tell you all informations you need to know. The tour take place in 30 person group with a local guide. Each participant recives headset. The first part of the Auschwitz Museum tour last 2 hours. The second part, Birkenau, last 1 hour. There will be shuttle bus between camps. After the tour the driver will take you back to the hotel.

4.00The driver of our van and our tour guide were excellent. However we booked a "Private Van Auschwitz Birkenau Tour" but nothing was guaranteed or private. We were called on 3/30 and told our tour for the morning of 3/31 was cancelled. Our only option was to take the tour on the afternoon of 4/1 leaving us, 6 senior citizens, touring the salt mines in the morning and Auschwitz Birkenau in the afternoon, exactly what we had tried to avoid. When we did get to the tour our group of 6 was joined with a larger group leaving us struggling to hear our guide.

5.00This entire trip was very well organised and well worth the visit. Our driver- Pawal particularly made the day a success. He organised packed lunches which were very nice and at reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend this trip- visiting Auschwitz is a eye-opening experience but this is definitely worth the trip.

He provided us with very good packed lunches at a reasonable price which was a bonus. Would thoroughly recommend this trip- visiting Auschwitz is a harrowing experience but this is definitely the way to do it

5.00Highly recommend this company in particular Pawell who was our host & driver. Without his support we would have missed this experience due to over selling from larger operators and can’t thank him enough for recovering a bad situation and making it a really pleasurable experience with the added benefit of getting to see the Salt mines in our stay. New, meticulously clean Mercedes V class limousine with local knowledge and experienced safe driver, guide, host . Thanks again

5.00Pavel stepped into drive us to Auschwitz at last minute at 7am and was able to get to site only slightly late. He was extremely helpful to describe how to jump queues and where to check in so we could join our timed group and not miss too much. On way back to Krackow, he was super helpful to recommend local restaurants and delicacies (donuts, ribs, herring, pirogi and mushroom soup). Also off the beat places to visit. Great guy as a guide. Strongly recommend.
