A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
The tour operator is not responsible for last minute, unpredictable closures, strikes or union meetings of St Peter's Basilica. Nevertheless, the tour operator will be happy to offer customers an extended tour for the remaining time.
For the 3hours, 4hours and 5hours option: During the Jubilee, if the Basilica reaches full capacity, access will unfortunately not be allowed, and this will be beyond our control. In such a case, more time will be spent inside the museums.

Vatican Museums
You will be taken to the usually packed museum entrance, where you will meet you private tour guide and, with your "skip the line" ticket, you will skip the huge entry line and access the metal detector check. All of our tour guides are local experts and have a deep knowledge in art and history. They are perfectly trained to follow your pace, assist you throughout the whole tour and guarantee you an unforgettable experience! The tour will begin in a gorgeous panoramic terrace that offers a stunning view of St. Peter's dome overlooking the Vatican gardens. 2.00You only see the outside of the museum and the relics, maps, tapestries. We did make a short stop inside the Sistine Chapel where there is no speaking and St. Peters where it is too busy to hear anything. We should have played out our expectations of viewing the Raphael Rooms and the rest of the museum instead of the tutorial outside. We needed to better explain and make clear our our expectations of the tour.

3.00Driver/pick up from hotel was very accomodating with mobility needs of guest. Very nice vehicle. Private tour guide Louisa was excellent. Unfortunately we only completed the museums part of the tour+coffee before 1 member of our 3 was injured and needed to be taken to hospital by ambulance. Louisa stayed with us until ambulance left and she set us up with a taxi and gave instructions to the driver. We are disappointed to miss seeing Sistene Chapel and Basilica and having Louisa's excellent commentary
