Adam was great. He was a good host and driver. He tended to our needs and went above and beyond. Highly recommended! Our flight was delayed for a couple of hours or so, and he was there when we got there (easy to find).

Unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of the actual pick up at Vilnius airport. We had booked the transfer based on reading some good reviews. However, we got “trapped” in a series of crazy airport delays and redirected flights and with no way to notify the company, we just had to let the booking go. We felt bad, however, knowing someone was supposed to be there waiting for us. In fact, several hours later while we were waiting for another flight, we received a call from the company, wondering what happened to us. It told me, at the least, this company shows up and waits and that’s what you want when you make such arrangements. They cared enough to follow up with me. For that I give them a 5, even though I can’t comment on the service from airport to hotel. And of course, under the terms, we lost our money, as we pre-paid. But it’s good to know this service is reliable.

Rented a very nice private apartment in central Vilnius. Nice town to walk in with many fine restaurants, shops and cafes and markets. I recommend a ride on the hop on hop off bus.
