Our customized yoga class at our Riverside Rainforest yoga platform is the perfect opportunity to either continue your practice or if you’re new to yoga, this is an unintimidating class to help you explore this amazing, wholesome activity. Vacations are perfect for trying new things.

What To Expect
Our yoga sessions are custom-designed to incorporate different postures and connect your mind and body by activating your energy through breathing and flowing. We can explore a deep workout including stretching, relaxing and meditating. Come join us at our open ranch-style riverside rainforest yoga platform and “find yourself” in Costa Rica! You can also join our public classes Monday 7:30pm -- Wednesday 7:30am -- Thursday 5:15pm.

5.00Beautiful practice in the most incredible setting. Christine did a fantastic job leading the session and treated us to lunch afterwards. There is also a swimming hole in the backyard of their space, and was such a nice relaxing addition to the afternoon.

5.00Our private yoga session was the best way to bring in the new year! The beautiful property and surrounding rainforest made for the most serene setting. Christine took the time to get to know us and customized our class so it would be the perfect mix of challenge and relaxation. We’ll definitely be back!

5.00This is such a beautiful place for yoga! Christine created a welcoming and comfortable environment, making me feel right at home. It was so peaceful to be outside, hearing the birds and taking in the beauty of the jungle. She was also incredibly accommodating when I needed to adjust my schedule. I highly recommend booking with her!

5.00Highly recommended and had a great time! We are fairly new to yoga and it was a lot of fun. We initially booked a private group but it looks like they have public classes at the time we requested. It worked out great and nice to meet some people from the community. Instructor was wonderful. Also special thanks to Christina for giving us a refund since the private group was public. Overall, recommend for a chill vibe and a great stretch after being on a plane. Aloha!

5.00We had such a great experience, famoly of 5 for two weeks. We did a ton of activities, all planned by Christine and her team. Each activity was packed full of family fun, incredible views, and unbelievably great guides. We could not believe how every guide we had knew so much about the area, took time to show us so many animals and share their obvious love for this beautiful country. We had excellent drivers as well, all cars were comfortable and the drivers were happy to talk us to their favorite food spots along the way. At one point on our trip our youngest daughter got sick, Christine immediately helped us with a doctors appointment minutes away from where we were, took time to always follow up, helped us find medicine, good food (and mindful of allergies). We just can't say enough about how important it was to have so much support on this trip. We were able to have stress free fun knowing we were always looked after. We especially loved the canyoning, rafting and yoga, highly recommended! We can't wait to come again!

5.00Karla was our yoga instructor and she was great. It was my first time ever doing Yoga but she made me feel comfortable. The location was beautiful as well & we recommend doing yoga here to anyone.
