  We went to see the pandas . I find this company very efficient on time lovely knowledgeable guides. Helpfull too. very good all round When I change the plans slightly they were very quick to put it right for me. I thoroughly recommend them.

  We had a fantastic day at Shanghai zoo and at the Water Village thanks to our l lovely Guide, Ruby. She arrived at our hotel exactly as arranged closely followed by our driver for the day . First stop was Shanghai Zoo. Ruby arranged the tickets and a zoo bus to get us to the panda enclosure ASAP. We spent a bit of time watching the pandas and taking photos and then wound our way back through the zoo visiting various animal enclosures on the way. Throughout this visit Ruby was very engaging and happy to answer our many questions . As we approached the exit she called our driver and arranged our pick up point to go to the Water Village. It was quite a trip n the car but we chatted throughout the journey and all the time Ruby pointed out points of interest to us. The Water Village is a really special place and it was very interesting to walk around the many narrow streets and over the bridges. Ruby was very knowledgeable about the history of the bridges and stopped for us to get photographs , she was happy to take photos of us when asked. Ruby stopped to show us a lot of traditional Chinese shops and food outlets. Part way through our time at the water village Ruby took us to a restaurant on the water’s edge for lunch. She took the time to find out what sort of food we liked and ordered a selection of Chinese food for us. The food was delicious and we enjoyed Ruby’s company over lunch. The second half of our visit to the Water Village included a trip in a gondola on one of the canals. It was relaxing. We had a really memorable day trip and only wish we could have stayed longer in Shanghai. It’s a beautiful city with lovely people, Ruby being one of them. We felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend when the trip ended. I highly recommend this tour.

  Great tour very well worth it. Guide and driver were very good and professional. Guide was very knowledgeable and was very good and spoke good English and easy to understand

  Roy did an amazing job with the our. He had so much information, the lunch was amazing, and he helped with the shopping for gifts for our kids. He had so much information on the zoo and the water town. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
