After meeting outside the port, we dive into Puerto Plata's vibrant culture, starting at Parque Central and visiting St. Philip Apostle Cathedral, Pink Street, Umbrella Street, and a local cigar factory. A short drive along the Malecon takes us to Fort San Felipe, offering stunning views of Puerto Plata Harbor. Next, we head to the Adventure Park for a countryside horseback ride, exploring the Dominican Republic’s rich landscape. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced rider, we’ll find the perfect horse for you. We end the day with a traditional Dominican meal before returning to the port.

Fortaleza San Felipe
ack on the bus and after a short drive along the Malecon, we’ll arrive at the Fort San Felipe of Puerto Plata, build in the 16th century. Watching this historic site from outside offers an outstanding view of the Puerto Plata Harbor. You will quickly notice why it was an essential part of Puerto Plata’s defense system. Next, we head to the Adventure Park, surrounded by the lush tropical landscape.

We really enjoyed the horseback riding at their own ranch which was enjoyable for beginners . Lunch lovely too . The walking tour was interesting .
