What To Expect

5.00January 2026, Harold, a great man and chauffeur. Very kind, courteous, and goes out his way to make sure you have a great experience. Treats you like royalty opening and closing our doors, guiding and directing not only us (new yorkers) but the establishment employees as which we stopped at. 10/10 experience will be back again

5.00We were ended our cruise early morning and had several hours before our flight home. We decided on a private tour with Puerto Rico Green Transportation. Our driver/tour guide was Gabriel Jose DeJesus Reyes. Personality plus! knowledgable, articulate, well mannered and punctual. He had water for us, helped with luggage and took us to the best tasting coffee cafe ever. We had been to San Jaun a couple of times prior so we had seen some of old town, but believe me we had not seen it all. I could write a review on just the tour which was personalized for us. So just believe we had a really good tour. The car Tesla 3 Luxury Sedan. This was trip #3 with Puerto Rico Green Transportation and every car was exceptional, spotlessly clean and so comfortable.

5.00Eduardo was amazing. 15 min early for pick up. Tesla was super clean. He was super friendly and told us he would take care of us like family - and he did. The rates were fair. The ride was excellent and I’d highly recommend using this service when in Puerto Rico.

5.00This is our third trip to San Juan, and evertime Puerto Rico Green has been amazing, including airport transfers, cruise ship transfers and private tours. This last trip we had a wonderful, get out of town, rum and food tour out on the pork highway- my husband was stuffed! We will contine to use them for all our touring, & highly recommend them :)

5.00We did theOld San Juan Above the Walls tour with Harold, and oh my god it was amazing! We learned so much, and Harold was the best tour guide ever. He was super friendly and knowledgable. We had so much fun. We're planning to go back to Puerto Rico and will definitely be arranging another tour with Harold!

3.00I had a hard time finding the driver. He was not where the instructions said he would be and then he because exacerbated with me because I felt lost and didn't know where to go. He even said "Oh My God" in frustrated tone while on the phone with me. Not a great way to start my vacation. He warmed up once I found him but my first impression was very stressful

5.00Our Driver Gabriel brought us to Old San Juan and Condado. Gabriel was very pleasant and engaging. We talked about the various places to see. It was nice not worrying about driving and seeing beautiful Old San Juan.
