What To Expect

Please make sure to select the correct ZONE that includes the town you will be traveling to or from. -Be greeted by a bilingual chauffeur at the San Juan Airport baggage claim area, Cruise port, hotel or rental place. -Private transfer in a Supreme luxurious and spacious Yukon Denali SUV. -Tinted windows and dual AC equipped vehicle. -Large luggage space for up to 6 pieces of luggage.

5.00Transfer from hotel to cruise port. Driver Eric Viera punctual, polite and went above what we expected. Upon arrival at the cruise port he pulled right up to the entrance, the cruise port was crazy with activities. Eric asked us if we had a suite or any cruise loyality, we have both. He asked us to wait just a minute while he checked to see if they had a line just for those with suites. Within a couple minutes he returned, helped with luggage and took us right to the line for suite entrance. There wasn't any line, we were on the ship in 10 minutes. We really enjoyed his friendliness, great smile and wonderful personality. The car was Yukon Denali which was beautiful, so clean and comfortable.

5.00The Overall experience prior to the airport was clearly communicated. Staying in contact leading up until departure to make sure we had all the information from the company all the way to an actual profile with picture of who our driver will be. Puerto Rico Green Transportation did a great job and our driver was Billy. He was very nice and knowledgeable of the island. Made sure we were comfortable and had an awesome experience. We would definitely book again.
