5.00We booked this tour for the day we were going to be in port. Harold promptly picked us up at the scheduled time and was very friendly, considerate to our interests and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend booking with Puerto Rico green transportation and if you can ask for Harold. He was amazing. He even took lots of pictures for us.

5.00My family and I had such a wonderful day touring around San Juan with Green Transportation. Edgar C. was amazing - Friendly, knowledgeable and super hospitable! We were so grateful to have had him as our guide and driver. We will be repeat customers and will be requesting Edgar next time we are in Puerto Rico.

5.00Luis Torres was our driver from the airport to the hotel. Luis texted me upon landing, had an iPad with my name for easy identification, assisted with the luggage and we had only a short walk to the car, in covered VIP Parking. It was a great beginning to our vacation! Many thanks to Luis for all your help!

4.00I was super impressed with our Tesla car (unexpected upgrade) and driver, Harold. Harold was great and spoke English well. He led us on a 5-hour tour of El Yunque and helped us climb over some very muddy rocks. He brought fruit and waters for us. Because we were so muddy, he literally offered us the flip-flops he had. He took pictures of us with his camera and sent us the photos after the trip. That said, I was not happy with the company making me send them digital images of my driver's license and credit card (which for privacy reasons did not think it was necessary). Also, they didn't provide me with Harold's contact info until that morning and I didn't get the text message until after waiting for him to show. I did get my extra 3 hour refund quickly but paying for extra hours is not something that other tour companies charge in advance especially given it was an airport drop off where we weren't going to miss our flight with extra hours.
