5.00We had an amazing experience on our puffin jet ski tour with the team at Reykjavik Jet Skis. When we arrived, we were outfitted with all of the gear we needed to be safe, warm, and dry. This included a fleece suit, a dry suit overtop of that, followed by a life jacket, and a helmet. We were briefed on what we could expect during the tour and received clear instructions on how to operate the jet skis safely. We visited a few islands that dot the shores of Reykjavik, among them was Puffin Island. There, we saw plenty of puffins flying around and catching fish. It was everything that we had hoped for. Later, we moved into calmer waters where we could let the jet skis loose and also disembark the jet skis and float in our dry suits, which was a lot of fun. Overall, we had a blast and would love to go back again during peak puffin season. I’d recommend this as a must-try thing to do on your trip to Reykjavik.

5.00Wonderful family experience for 5 (couple + adult children). Location is a bit tricky to find, but there are a few Reykjavík Jetski signs as you get close. It was just the 5 of us for a 9am Monday tour. It was late August so we were warned the puffins might be mostly gone for the season, but we saw numerous puffins flying with fish in their mouths as we approached Puffin Island! (Look for the small birds flapping their little wings very rapidly.) We then transited over to the city skyline and had a chance to play around on the jet skis. Finally we transited over to the cruise ship area and were allowed to jump off for a short swim! A super fun morning that we were buzzing about afterwards. Great crew and free guide work by Gauti :)

5.00Small family run company with wonderful customer service - everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We rode with our 10 and 12 year old sons and everyone had a blast on the ocean. We went to a few cool spots and managed to spot a Puffin!
