3.00We went with wine hope andcoastal tour guide The train ride was the highlight of the whole trip.. unfortunately because the tour company didn’t want to refund or cancel we had to walk around in the Sanctuary and the chocolate factory outlet in the heavy rain. Children were drenched soaked wet. The sanctuary place in performed that they cancel all their performances. If any rain happens which the tour agents know very well and money is refunded. So we didn’t get to see any shows at all everything was closed in the heavy rain and floodwater…BUT we didn’t receive any refund from the tour agent..
An extremely unique experience and a brilliant tour guide.

5.00Puffing Billy steam-train is certainly one GEM of an experience - most unique of all the things I’ve experienced so far during my Australia trip! Highly recommended! We were very lucky to have Dean as our tour guide, who was kind, responsible, and super considerate. I had a wonderful time.

5.00Greyem was fantastic! He explained the history of Melbourne as well as all other attractions as we passed by. He was also kind and considerate to take pictures and videos. Great trip! Highly recommend! For those thinking of self-driving instead of a tour, do take into consideration that you will have to take the one hour train ride back as well.

5.00Exceeded my expectations. Emily our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and put us at ease. Puffing Billy through the scenic Dandenong Forrest was a delight and the sanctuary was a great experience. Highly recommend seeing the bird show at end of the sanctuary visit. What was unexpected was the visit to the Chocolaterie and Ice Creamerie. Set in the beautiful Yarra Valley the view was breathtaking and the store itself indescribable with its range of chocolate delights . I would want to stay there longer and eat at the cafe but settled for a scoop of ice cream which did not disappoint. Definitely go when the landscape is still green.

5.00Wonderful experience all around. Our tour guide, Marty, did a phenomenal job, and even took videos of us riding the train!! One of the best tour guides I've had, and it was a fantastic itinerary on top of that. I would do this again and would totally recommend it to others.
