Lorraine was the best tour guide I could have asked for! We saw wild kangaroos, a koala, little penguins & burrows with their babies waiting for parents return with food. We had the best viewing spot thanks to her sharing her knowledge & experiences!!

It was a very enjoyable tour. We left at 12:30 in the afternoon, and had a day of enjoying both the Puffin Billy Railway and Phillip Island. The guides were very kind and friendly, driving safely and the explanatory talk was interesting. It was February, so the penguins arrived late (around 20:50), but I was able to sleep on the bus to and from there, so I didn't feel that hard. We had time to buy lunch at the Puffin Billy Railroad visitor center and dinner at the Penguin Parade visitor center, both of which were not bad dishes. It's a great way to enjoy the sights of Melbourne all at once.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Ticket says 10.30am pick up. Text message says 12.30pm. So, your there 10.30am just incase.....wasting half a day. Emails not answered, phone not answered. Driver was great and did the best he could with what he had. No stop in any town for dinner......you get a choice of 3 filthy eating places at the visitor center. Tables are disgusting. Food literally uneatable. Given your not back in melbourne until midnight, a 12 hour day, a decent meal would be appreciated. Penguins are great to see, but keep in mind you can see exactly these at st kilda pier and save yourself a 12 hour day with no clean toilets, no eatable food, and the cost of this tour.

Lots of fun, well worth doing. Our driver was fantastic. Should not need to make me write a book to give a review.

The tour was marked as completed, but it never actually took place. The meeting point was across from Hotel Windsor. On the day of the tour, the road was blocked due to a protest, making the location inaccessible. No alternative meeting point or instructions were provided. I attempted to contact the operator via WhatsApp (which they used the day before to confirm the booking), but my messages were read and not responded to. In addition, we encountered two other participants at the meeting point who were also unable to reach the operator. They informed us that they had tried multiple methods of contact, including email, phone calls, and WhatsApp, without receiving any response. We then contacted Viator to request a refund. Viator informed us that the refund was denied because the operator did not approve it. As a result, we did not participate in the tour and incurred a loss of USD 168. Very disappointing experience, especially due to the lack of communication.

Terry was a first class tour guide right from the get go. His knowledge is superb and his timing was excellent. He kept us right on track throughout the day. He even told me we were going to see my namesake. We did. We went to Nobbies place!!! Top fella, great sense of humour and great asset to the Melbourne tourist industry. Thanks Again Terry.
