Mind blowing experience. Beautiful scenery. Railway staff extremely courteous and polite. Thoroughly enjoyed. Driver a wonderful person.

The tour guide was local Melbourne resident, and gave some additional & helpful information about the city. He also took us to some beautiful place where we can see lots of walabies. Amazing tour !

Raffy is a good driver and guide, always trying to entertain the tourists, managing the time well even though some tourists were late from the beginning. The Puffing Billy train ride was fun and the wildlife on Phillip Island was exciting all along the way.

The ride was pleasant and the guide was forthcoming on what is happening. The penguins parade is a sight to be seen. Only hind sight is the dinner. The Italian joint in Cowes was utter disappointment

We were told by promoter to be at the meeting point on time. The tour guide Gavin arrived nearly 15 mins late, so we were standing in the rain getting soaking wet So not the best start .Puffing Billy train ride was good but the whole day was rushed. We hardly had any time to see the penguins.
