What To Expect

Your designated driver will greet you in the lobby of your hotel in Qingdao. From there, you will be escorted to Qingdao Railway Station where you can unwind during the 3.5-hour bullet train journey to Beijing.

Upon your arrival, your tour guide will be waiting for you at the exit of the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name. You will then board your private air-conditioned vehicle, which will take you directly to the Mutianyu Section.

This was the highlight of my trip. Linda was very knowledgeable explaining all the history about the great wall and telling me where to get the est views. The driver Xing was very good and very thoughtful as well, even providing a frozen bottle of coke at the end when we came back to the car as he knew I would be dying of heat after all those hundreds and hundreds of stairs up the wall. Thank you Linda and Xing. It was amazing.
