Tour was good and people tried very hard. Unfortunately only a communicative problem with the organizer whereby we were picked up an hour later. Since we had little time we lost what was a pity. We had booked the early tour at 8.30 a day earlier. And wanted to be picked up from the cruise port. Since the port of Namibia Bay with indicated as a pickup location was actually everything great. In wise foresight nevertheless ever asked if they really pick us up there. Unfortunately, an answer came the next day. 8.20 am was asked if we still want to be picked up from the port. Since the driver then only left we were only shortly after 9 am where it should have been long ago. My tip: Communication via WhatsApp with the number rather than TripAdvisor

Fun to try quadbikes, without being the completely wild wow experience. We thought it was a good use of our time, felt safe and the practice worked (we came directly from the street and was in 10 minutes). A nice addition to the trip if you have the time - but not a must. Suitable for most people (minimum 16 years) if you are ready on the premise: One runs in line after a guide, one runs around in a little gasoline, there are a few steep descents and the idea is that you have to have a little speed (we drove between 50 and 60 km/h as top speed).

We did a 30min Quad Bike ride in the dunes as well as a 30min camel ride. This was for our honeymoon as a married couple and we were alone with the tourguides. The activities itself was fun, or we made the best out of it. Customer service at reception and the tour guides for both trips was disappointing. The reception staff were not welcoming at all and the tour guides couldnt provide insightful information on the trips. The tour guide for the quad biking knew his rules quite well around safety which was great. What we appreciated as well, both tourguides stopped at the top of dunes to take pictures for us. The place should just improve on their customer service and the auro they create when customers arrive.

The open desert makes for an incredible landscape to experience quadbiking. The tour operator is very professional and great at managing the experience.

This was my first time operating a quad bike. We had Benito as a guide that day and the first couple minutes is getting used to operating the quad bike. By the time your finished though you'll be a pro. Benito took us to a nice spot overlooking the dunes and afterwards we drove off a steep dune which was so much fun. He also took some great videos and pictures of us (forever memories!)

We drove as a family with our two daughters. Feel free to ask for our guide Richard, he was extremely helpful and took us safely through the desert. Also some snapshots of Richard were taken of us as a family, as well as a video. The tour was a great combination of action and visiting the desert. We can only recommend it, it was a beautiful experience.

We came on a cruise ship excursion (MSC Poesia) and they used this company. We all had a fantastic time! After the signing of the waivers, they gave us helmets, a short coaching session, and then a slow ride so everyone could get a feel for it. Many of us had never driven quad bikes before but we got the hang of it very quickly! Then we rode full speed over the dunes and it was fantastic fun! We rode for one hour.

Excellent guide and pick up arrived on time. The stuff takes good care of the customers. I learned how to ride a squad bike 🏍 on the sand.

The facility is well organized and ensures safety. But it's all about making the most money. There is no advice that an hour's ride is too long for 9-year-olds. Children of this age can only manage 30 minutes. In addition, the guide simply stopped after 45 minutes - that means that with 4 paying people, 40 minutes are missing (4 x 10 minutes). When I asked the station manager, there was no reaction or answer. You won't be coming back anyway...
