The local guide was exceptional. Dynamic, caring, loving her job. She saved the tour. The bus was not comfortable, narrow seats, bad suspention.. The driver/guide was not good.

A very long journey for such a limited experience. Additionally, they tell you a pickup time at the hotel, but you have to be there an hour earlier, and then they do not drop you off at the same hotel.

The tour was great. However, the hotel pickup issue hurts those who don't stay downtown. We had to take a $30 cab to a hotel to get picked up. It would be better if either everybody got picked up, or nobody did, because this means people staying further away have to spend much more money than those who are wealthy enough to stay downtown. Does that seem fair?

Very bad experience. A first with Viator. The provider stood you up and says it's your fault. The meeting point in front of the departure had changed, but we were informed 30 minutes after the official departure time. Day ruined and no apology from the provider who collects the money

To be clear, the low ratings was based on two aspects 1. Lack of communication on the pick up time 2. Rude behavior of the lady when she picked is up ( not the driver ) The instructions clearly said 8AM, but there was no information on what time we will get picked up. If unclear the instructions should Have said please be ready 30 mins prior or something like that. When we came down the lady said “we were supposed to be ready”. Then I said “ the instructions were for 8AM”, to that she said you were supposed to be ready before. I said how are we supposed to know what time ? There was no answer. A completely rude and disrespectful behavior. On top of that, we did not leave until late as others were late. Bottomline is that our experience started with a sour note. For next time, please do quality check on companies you use. The rest of the trip was good and the bus driver and guide were amazing.

Check pickup location as you may be able to walk from hotel rather than request shuttle for short distance. We waited a long time past estimated pickup time. At the end of the tour we had to walk back to our hotel instead of being dropped off. Not really a problem, but we should have researched our hotel proximity for better experience. Rest stop coffee best purchased from machine, and quite good. Gift shop furs for sale somewhat expensive. Tour could have included funicular ticket to get down fron the famous Hotel Frontenac. Tips are expected for bus driver, tour guide and restaurants. Very relaxed trip. Nice to have 3 hours free time.
