Very nice trip although the time on the bus was a bit long. I little longer at the falls would have been nice too. But the day is only so long.... so it was probably a reasonable balance.

If there were zero Stars, that's what I would choose. She left without us and didn't want to refund our money. We've traveled plenty of times with viator and are always on time if not early. Bought our tickets the night before and They offered to pick us up at a nearby hotel, but forgot to inform us that they would be there early. We could have caught up with them but they were not interested. Boo! The person working at the Meetup hotel said this has happened to lots of other guests. I thought Canadians were supposed to be friendly?

Convenient, prompt, informative. If you've never been to Quebec City but only to Montreal, then it's worth taking a day (at least) to go up to Quebec City.

Quebec City is nice to see in a day. The waterfall is lovely, castle is quite nice and the town is fun to walk around. The art gallery is one of my favs in the world! But overall, while the tour guides were nice the instructions could have been clearer and more could have been provided from them.

The coach driver and the tour guide were both professional and congenial. Information on when to meet the bus and where was concise and repeated a few times so that you felt comfortable. The tour of Quebec and the falls was just right. We had a couple of hours just to roam around by ourselves.
